Varlet V1640 D Derinder

The Varlet V1640 D is an industrial automatic derinder designed for high throughput use in large cutting plants and meat packers. It comes standard with thickness adjustment and is equipped with articulated pressing wheels offering to skin product with a height over +50mm. It also offers an optional outfeed conveyor to streamline the process.
