Singeing Furnace

The Renner Furnace Infernum is specifically designed as an in-line singeing furnace that is customized to the particular line height of each facility.

The Furnace is used to burn stubborn hair and skin residuals from the pigs that was missed by the dehairing machine especially in places that are hard to reach for the dehairing rubbers.

Equipped with 56 burners, the furnace can singe up to 500 pigs or sows per hour using liquid or natural gas.

The furnace can also serve to decontaminate the carcass by reducing the surface bacteria count on the carcass through effective singeing.
