Thermoplastic Belt Conveyors

Used to convey products on a flat or troughed belt without the product penetrating or passing through the belt.

Wet products, sticky products and products with a small particle size can be conveyed, such as avocado puree, minced meat, spices and powders. This includes many products which cannot be pumped or conveyed with a screw conveyor due to the nature of the product or the damage that could result.

Woven and Thermoplastic belts are used for dry grains, fresh fruit and vegetable processing, frozen food, raw meat, fish and poultry.

These belts lend themselves well to fitting belt scrapers to remove build-up of difficult to convey products.
