Spring Balancer TW-3

Spring Balancers are suspended overhead from the I-beam and is used to relieve the operator from the weight of hand-tools by effectively making the hand-tool weightless. It uses a tapered cable drum to compensate for the load weight which allows the operator to effortlessly maneuver the hand-tool in a vertical axis.
