Skinning Knife

Our range of Icel Knives are produced with steel composed of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, ensuring a hardness of approximately 56HRC. The high carbon content as well as the sharpening angle ensure excellent cutting power.

The industrial range of Icel knives are either stamped or laser cut. Stamped blades are produced using a blade cutter and precision equipment. In the case of laser cut blades, cutting-edge technology is used, optimizing resources. reducing waste and increasing productive flexibility.

The handles are made from polypropylene which is a hard material with good resistance against impact, high temperature when sterilizing and against aging. The handles are ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue and eliminate the safety risk of the blade slipping.
