Pork Stomach Washer Mod LC

The Ollari & Conti Mod LC machine is designed for washing and rinsing pig stomachs, pork fat, pig bladders, beef and pork intestines. The centrifuge is made of AISI304 stainless steel. This model is equipped with a pneumatic unloading door and a system for opening the upper chamber, which is ideal for the internal cleaning required by HACCP. The product is loaded via a container lifter. The appliance is equipped with a stainless-steel electrical cabinet with 24 V low voltage push buttons. The type of control cabinet can be selected by the customer and ranges from a start/stop switch to a fully automatic control cabinet.
