Pneumatic Hide Puller with Dual Platforms

The Pneumatic Beef Hide Puller with dual-sided platforms allows for the quick removal of beef hides on an automated line in a high-throughput environment.

The Hide puller operates on the principle of an individually driven rotating drum rolling the hide onto the drum while the pneumatic actuators push the drum down thus actioning a horizontal and vertical pulling action on the hide, effectively stripping it from the carcass within a fraction of the time it would be done manually.

The dual platform system allows for two operators to guide the hide as it is being pulled down either by use of knives or a handheld dehider to ensure that no tearing occurs and to minimize the amount of meat on the hide, ensuring optimal yield.

The platforms are equipped with a washbasin and a knife sterilizer.
