Carcass Blades

Our Carcass Splitting Saw Blades are made from premium quality steel to ensure maximum carcass yield. 

Each blade is carefully welded on the joint and annealed afterwards to soften the steel again so that is stays flexible ensuring that the blade does not crack or break on the weld.

We use the latest grinding technology to ensure consistency of Tooth Profile, Teeth Set and Hardness to ensure our carcass blades consistently provide the sharpest and smoothest cuts.

The blade tips are then induction hardened to ensure they stay sharper for longer.
