Beefspreader

The Beef Spreader uses pneumatic pressure to spread open and hold the carcass for easy access during the evisceration process.

It reduces contact between the operator and the carcass and decrease the risk of the stomach getting punctured or cut, ensuring better hygiene.

The Beefspreader further increases the speed of the slaughterline as it provides quick access to the operator.

For automated lines we can fit the Beefspreader on a track rail running parallel to the Slaughterline or even provide a circular track rail with two revolving beefspreaders to meet the line’s speed requirements.
